Discount Perfume Network is a Southern California based company. All policies and terms of use of this website are governed by California laws.

Shipping Information

DiscountPerfumeNetwork.com ships all products via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground. We currently serve the United States of America and Canada only.

All orders of stocked items are shipped within seven (7) business days of order placement. Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. Express Deliveries are available at an additional cost upon request. If your address is a PO Box your package will be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Continental United States Ground shipping & handling price is $5.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item. Canada shipping & handling cost is $14.00 for the 1st item and $1.95 for each additional item.

All orders over $150 that need to be shipped to an address other than the billing address, require you to fax a copy of a valid picture ID and a signature.

Return Policy

Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to DiscountPerfumeNetwork.com within five (5) business days of receiving your order. You must notify DiscountPerfumeNetwork.com Customer Service by email or phone.

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account and you will be given store credit for the remaining amount.

NOTE: Return Authorization Number is required. Email us at perfumes@DiscountPerfumeNetwork.com or call us at 323-846-8686 to obtain your Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
